Real Science! was a public television series that was broadcast nationally from 1994-2001. It was produced at KTEH in San Jose and won three Emmy awards. 80 episodes were produced, during seven seasons.
The shows featured a day-in-the-life of a scientist with teen reporters spending the day in the field with the scientist. Over 200 scientists, engineers and medical professionals were profiled during the seven years. The program was used extesnively in classrooms around the country to introduce teenagers to careers in science.
